I'm a 16 year old ... I weigh 155.. I'm almost 6 feet tall .. and here's my prob ....I Work out Twice A day .. I get up in the morning and go Run 2-4 miles .....then I do Crunches .. . then I do weights .... all that then at night I do the crunches .sometimes do pulls ups . and also do the exercise ball .... I have been doing this for about 6 month's and yet my stomach is still flaby with a layer of fat ? I still have Flaby arms .legs and somewhat of MAN BOOBS ....... i dont no what else to do !!!! I cant even take off my shirt cuz I dont want anyone to see me ... soo someone PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!
You're doing waaaaaaay too many crunches.
Start off by getting a free strength training routine from this site. Next take a hard look at what you're eating. Try shooting for 200-2400 calories a day and see if that starts to turn things around for you.
