im 22 and not happy w my life cuz of wat i became of cuz of my weight. i wana b back down 2 125 or size 9. im a short 5 3 and 150 lbs so i dont look so good. short and chubby. i need help and want to know if this will b a benifit 4 me. thanx peace :)

The thing with fitness is that you get out of it what you put into it. As I always suggest to new members, tackle your diet first, and get physical from there. The nutrition forums are a great place to start.

ya. the thing is i dont like doin the whole gym thing. i love things that r fun like hikin and rock climbin and ice skatin. and durin the week i kinda eat good. breakfast i eat oatmeal eggs or cearial. lunch is a sandwich ham and turkey or a salad w pics, broc, and italian dress. dinner is usually pasta and vegies. snacks r friuts or yogurt. my weekends r the killers. ill drink the java monsters and eat a bag of chips 2 bottles of wine. so wat can u tell me from that? thanx :)
