Since i am still at college for the summer, and work out for myself and not to impress anyone. I decided to bulk to get my size up since I am still quite small. I'm 6'1 and currently at a weight of 140lbs. My goal is to gain as much muscle as I can over the summer...and longer until i get up to a good size...I want to get around 180, and am willing to bulk up as long as it takes. My problem is this. All I have access to is a refrigerator and microwave and resturants.
Currently, I get up to 210g of protein a day. I start each day with 2 packets of oatmeal. Then through the rest of the day i have 3-4 more meals containing chicken or turkey. If i've gone to long without a meal i usually eat some tuna. I've gotten some peanut butter to help get at least some good fats. My main problem however is calories. Everything tells me I should be getting over 3000 calories a day, but i barely manage 2000.
Basically, I am asking for suggestions to help me bulk keeping in mind the only cooking I can do is with a microwave as any other contraption is prohibited by housing services. I can't wait till i have an oven next semester.
I thought I could figure this out on my own, and I am always bad at asking for help, but I've been very serious about my goals and I realize that surfing the internet and the forums isn't getting me very far. The bulk of what I find is on losing weight, sorta the opposite of what I want.
I was wondering if maybe N-Large II or a MRP would be a good idea. Also it should be noted that my lunch is generally a Double Meat 12" sub from subway, 39g protein per 6". I have half at about noon and the other half at 3pm.
I've always been such a twig, although I have noticed some muscle gains over my last 12 week program, i realize I can do better if I actually apply myself to bulking.
Thanks for any help or suggestions. I can't give a breakdown of my eating habits yet as they aren't hourly constant from day to day as I am still setting in for this semester.

I don't know, 40 pounds seems like a lot to gain in three months. I don't use too much more than a microwave/refrigerator. If you had a barbecue, that would be really beneficial. A hibachi grill or some type of lil smokey joe would be a good investment. MRP's are a good idea, especially if you are pressed for time. I have found the Met-Rx ones to be very good and pretty filling. Good stuff with the footlong at Subway. I constantly see people falling in to the pitfall of buying a 6" sandwich when they can get the footlong for a few cents more. (Buy the footlong, if you're not going to eat it, give it to the homeless) I know this guy that works out at my gym that had been skinny his whole life, and started working out and taking his protein, eating right, and now he's in very good shape. Doesn't complain anymore about being skinny. It can happen. I would rather be skinny, trying to bulk up, than fat and trying to trim down.

Thanks for the reply, I've been looking up MRP's and such lately and probably will be making a purchase soon. I wanna gain 40 lbs..but I know there is know way I would get it over summer...thats just my long term goal. Cutting was very simple for me...less food is easy to come by...always hard to get more lol.
