OK, so I do treadmill jogging, and stairclimbing, in addition to weight training. I thought my cardio was decent. Then I play a game of football and I'm gassed ten minutes into it... and it wasn't 100 yrd field. Maybe 40-50 yrds.
Anyway, I am interested in getting in gaining peak cardio conditioning. But I don't know what to do. Can anyone help?
