Hey I need some help here, i have recently lost 85 pounds by changing my eating habbits and excersising, but i haven't lost anything in months, i don't understand I am not doing anything different, and i still have a ways to go. I really wanna continue my weight loss, but i don't know what else to do, i was doing pure cardio for an hour and 20 min a day (by the orders of a trainer) and i still didn't see any results, all i felt was exhusted!!! Someone please help, any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You definitely need resistance training. You need to build muscle, which in turn will burn fat. Next examine your diet.

Absolutely start resistance training and you will see more results. Congrats on the loss and good lifestyle.

Well you say yourself that you are not doing anything different and that's excactly the problem. We got amazing bodies and they are able to get use to whatever we might do to them SO to continue progressing you need to change. Variety is the key. You definitely need to weight train, change the way of doing your cardio (do HIIT) and also try to cycle your total carb intake (do some search in here and you'll find all the explanations).
Good luck and don't give up, you are doing great!!
