Hi, I am a 30 year old female, 5'4 and weigh 150ilb. It's awful and I can't stand it any longer. I need help to get rid of the excess that has accumulated around the middle. It seems to be mostly in my stomach, butt and thighs. I really donèt have a daily routine and its very hard for me to get in 3 square meals a day never mind 6 smaller ones like they keep telling me. I really need a simple way to get my diet on track. HELP.
Thats the first thing you need a routine. You need to set yourself up with a daily diet and training routine, and follow it.
Having three meals a day won't cut it. You need to have 5 - 7 well balanced and nutritional meals. You need lean protiens and fiberous carbs in all the meals (except maybe the one before bed, which all you need is protien).
To keep it on track what you could do is write up a meal plan. Its easier if you eat the same thing everyday, but mix it up if you like. The only simpler way to stay on a meal plan is to just do it with your own will power.
-------------- - Its never about how much you can lift, or how many reps you do. Its just about doing it, and doing it right.
- If your hungry all the time, your not eating enough. And anyways, being hungry sucks.
