I just started this program. I work on an oil rig where we have a good gym the 2 weeks i am there then the 2 weeks i am at home i have nothing and can not afford to join a gym. I am in pretty good shape but i have a belly on me i would like to stay at my weight but lose the belly ,get strong and leaner. I am not sure which program to choose are what to do when i get home.
