Im 18 years old and i have always been on the chubbier side since i was little, when i was ten i really gained alot of weight and looked horrible. Since then i have grown to be really tall and somewhat active. You would think that play soccer since i was 5 would have helped me but it hasnt. Like i said i have grown taller and i stand about 5'8 and i weigh 170, however people say that i dont look it, however i feel it. By best friend is almost the same height as me and shes the same age. She has the perfect body and i get so mad. I just want to have a body that im proud of. I dont need to loose alot of weight. I just want to loose some and tone to get a nice lean body. I need a workout plan that i can stick to everyday. I start college at the end of the month and i would love to have some confidence.
