The hours on the elliptical and stair master has resulted in narrow hips. How can I build back my curves without gaining pounds? Squats and Lunges maybe?
I have recently started a new exercise and it is great for the glutes and thighs - Don't know the "real" name for the exercise but I will call it the leg kick back....some gyms have the machines and some don't. simlpy put one knee on the machine's knee pad and kick up and back on the machines platform....feel the burn baby..IF your gym doesnt have the machine try it with the cables..attach an ankle wrap and kick back..here u can vary it so you can target the thighs more too by changing your positioning..instead of kicking straight back, try kick to the side...hope that helps least give it a try...that burn will make you want to keep doing it!
