HELP ME!!! Workout Routine

I am 17 years old 175lbs and I just started working out 3 weeks ago I started off benching 89lbs (10x3), 20lb dumbell bench (10x3), and 40lb curls (10x3) I am now up to 111,lbs (10x3) benching, 30lbs dumbell bench (10X3) and 45lb curls (10x3) I have been doing this 7 days a week. I am only concerned now about upper body and all I have to work with is freeweights. Will I keep seeing improvements and what could I do also, and what should I change? Thanks

Welcome to FT..

First off, I don't think you should be working out seven days a week.. muscles grow on rest... work out a body part... rest it for a day or two and then perhaps again... even though chest is what you are focusing on, it still might be a good plan to work the whole body.. do it together and you should see some changes...
