Hi! My advice is to read through the posts here. A lot of them are very motivational. I really do not have any support either, but I got interested in living a more healthy lifestyle, and just stumbled onto this site. Honestly, it has been the most informative I have seen! There are a lot of people who have similar goals, and can relate to many different situations with great feedback and support! I think you have taken the first step in getting there. My advice to you is to learn all you can, and set some goals. Because I am just a beginner, I have no technical advice to offer you, but I will wish you luck and the desire to work hard to get where you want to be.

Fairybug...Welcome to freetrainers. Think about it, you now have more support and encouragement from alot of lnowledheable people on here.
But at 6' tall 135 doesn't make sense!
Set up a sound exercise routine from here on FT and eat healthy.
