I agree with KC, but also I think if you're just starting out with the exercising, you are doing to much to fast. You should work yourself up slowly, get your body used to the new workload, or you'll burn out and fail. Try to do weights only on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and cardio only on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, make sure you take at least 1 day off. There are great workout routines on this website, just click on the button in the top left corner on this screen. Make sure your diet is high in protein to feed your muscle. Start a food log to figure out your daily calorie intake. Good Luck:big_smile:
