ello everyone. i am raheem new to this website. i am 6 feet tall and my weight is 220lbs. i wanted to loose weight and get in shape but i am new to all this gym and weight as i didnot have this back home. i think i am ugly and its time to change my body shape. As non of the ladies get attracted to me and i am fat. :( please can any one help me. i have been going to gym every day for past 3 weeks and there is not changes. i do cardio every day about 35 mins and burn about 450 calories and then right after i go work with the weights . but i am sure i am doing something wrong . :( if any one would like to help me with a work out plan please contact me at raheem_s@hotmail.com or can post something for me online. and i would like to go gym 6 times a week

You should take a look at what you're eating.Nutrition will be key.Look through the stickies in this forum and read through the archives.Get an idea of what you should be eating then ask some questions when you are confused.Good luck to you and welcome.:)

I agree with KC, but also I think if you're just starting out with the exercising, you are doing to much to fast. You should work yourself up slowly, get your body used to the new workload, or you'll burn out and fail. Try to do weights only on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and cardio only on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, make sure you take at least 1 day off. There are great workout routines on this website, just click on the button in the top left corner on this screen. Make sure your diet is high in protein to feed your muscle. Start a food log to figure out your daily calorie intake. Good Luck:big_smile:
