decided to seek out someone with some professional knowledge in this area, I have a bit of know but no where near a person with great experience has, instead of me bumping around trying to figure it out, i'll seek someone. Im looking for someone to develop a diet plan tailored to me. I'm 30 years old 172 lbs, 20% BF.. I want to be 175-180lbs but get my body fat down to 12-13% my troubles are i'm not exactly sure how to accomplish that.. is it possible to gain a bit of muscle and maintain this weight and lose body fat.. I consider myself a good eater, no junk food..
Since this would be someone with great knowledge I'd be compensating you. I just dont have the time to be as thorough as someone who has studied in this field for years.
