Hey been in the gym the last 2 months getting into the swing of things and now want to bulk up a bit.Im 19 years of age 85 kgs and about 6 2.Body fat is about 14%.Im wandering what supplement i should take pre work out and after workout.I usually take a 25g scoop of whey protein (http://www.myprotein.co.uk/products/impact_whey_protein) and a 100g scoop of oats (http://www.myprotein.co.uk/products/instant_oats) pre workout with milk.Straight after my workout i take a 25g scoop of whey protein with water.Should this help me out bulking up and if not what should i be taking pre workout and post workout?Also should i be doing cardio while bulking up?Thanks in advanced
