im 5'4" and only and like 98 pounds, but supprisingly i have somewhat of a big stomach... i want to gain wait but i also want to start exercising again how can i get ride of my flabby stoumach but still gain weight?

I would suggest doing some weight lifting M/W/F and light cardio T/Th/S, and then add some calories each day in the form of fruits, veggies, and yogurt or milk. Just some ideas, anyone wanna back me up on this?

You nailed it Cristal. Add in protiens like lean meat and fish . Sign up for the Special ab program. Get the diet thing right. Fill out a profile and go to work.

Yes you need to put on some lean muscles, eat more and get a faster metabolism to get rid of stubborn fat. That's the only solution. Please fill in your profile.
