i have lost almost 110 lbs in a year i am really serious about getting the toneness in my body i want the "cut" look i want to show off my body for the first time i am haveing a problem with my triceps i do the chair dips to work on them. my right tricep is larger then my left and i want to increse my left with out my right to get them equal help please

the best way to accomplish that is to train them separately. by that i mean each tricep separately. do one-arm exercises, start with your weaker arm, do however many reps you need for your program, then MATCH with your stronger arm.
