Hiya All
Just joined here as i want to add some weight and sort out my love handles lol
I'm 6ft tall 168lbs slim build have a physical job(mobile tyre fitter)which is a pain as regards getting rest when i'm on call i can be called out anytime of the night, i think my metabolism is fast as i find it hard to gain weight..
i want to bulk up a bit (max 190lbs)
I've got a multi gym at home now to help with the process because time is an issue for me
The advise i'm after is really all about diet and supplements is there anywhere i can get sort of ready made diet sheets about so u can tweak it for yourself and wot sort of supplements should i be taking
Start with whey protein,and maybe creatine.Thats what im using and its not too expensive!!lol..Good luck!!!Oh and of course your diet is just as important.
