Im new here, so "hello" and thanks in advance. I set up my profile, and excercise program. few questions..but first some background. Im a hardgainer, at 30 years old 6'4" Im 200lbs(finally) my goal is to GAIN MASS. and I know diet is huge (but question is about weights) I went into a gym for the first time 7 months ago, and worked a pyramid-type program (12,10,8,6,4) and INCreased weights for every set. It has done me good, BUT I want to go farther (thats why im here)
If the Program says 12,6,5,4 reps.....I am expected to increase weight correct?
In this example, are the first 12 warm up only?
it seems like a big drop of to the next set ( from 12 to 6)
I know its not a clean question, but any feedback is appreciated!

12 is a warm-up, add weight each progressive set.
Anyone who isn't on steroids or genetically gifted (very few) is a hardgainer. :) Keep up the hard work, muscle will come, remember that food and recovery are just as important as lifting.
