Welcome to Freetrainers.

Fill out your profile and you can get an exercise program and nutritional guidelines on this site. It will also help us give you more specific advice.

At the bottom of the page is the search facility "fitbuddy", you can get lots more info about gaining muscle from this. If you're still stuck, probably best to post on one of the specific boards, as more people tend to read them, you will get a quicker answer.

Good luck :)

Whenever someone asks, how do you gain weight, I often ask them what their eating habits are. They often say, I eat anything and everything...but when it comes down to it, they often tell me they eat 2 or 3 BIG meals per day. Unfortunately, for people who have fast metabolisms, they burn this off quickly.

So, here's a tip for you: Eat 6-8 small meals per day. Keep feeding your body every 3 or 4 hours. You add weight training to this high protein diet and you'll gain weight in no time!

Good luck...

i bealieve in the concept of mind over matter. i believe that a person is only as strong as their mind and their body is just the shell, the work horse, the blunt instrument to get the job done, however, if your mind is strong you can keep your body strong. when i am tired i tell my body to F*** off, because i believe that when i am tired its just my boddy telling my mind to stop. then i go untill i cant go any further, and then i go one more time. i am on my quest to be the biggest bad-A$$ out there, a physical specimen, a supreem being.
