Hey everyone! As you can see, I'm new to these boards. I've recently lost 27 lbs, which is nifty and all, but I still have a lot left to lose. So this is my dilemma: This is a pic of what I look like

but I want to go for a Chace Crawford/Chris Hemsworth look. Not to brag, but I already have a good sized frame. What kinds of weights/cardio/etc. should I be looking into to get this sort of look? Thanks!

First off, get one of the programs from this site for weight loss and toning. Proper diet is also absolutely paramount to your success, so look into that(tons of posts on that in the forums here) as well.
Most would suggest doing a program for gaining muscle mass first(which actually puts some fat on you in the process), then one for cutting fat second, but as a former fat guy myself I'd suggest doing it the other way around. Once you lose the weight, it'll be much more satisfying watching your muscles grow.
