My question now is. When I'm doing calve raises, pull up/chin's, sissy squats and so on, using no weights, what do I need to put down in my FT log as far as weight? Should I use my body weight or what? Or is this a stupid question LOL

I had read on a post here that you should put down 0 as the weight. Not a stupid question, I was glad when I had run across that post. You might do a search using fitbuddy to be sure.
