My question:

*How long will it take for noticeable results?
*I am planning to loose the baby fat by jogging everyother morning. Wil it effect my progress of strenght and Muscle.
*why do I get demotivated seeing others take larger weights

*Won't you help, please don't consider my questions silly, I don't know how to put it better.

first off. you should only lift each muscle once a week because they need rest. start taking creatine monohydrate, it helps. and thats because hes stronger than you..it takes time to get big and buff. It mihgt take a while depending on your body type. but if you start taking creatine and NOxplode youll see results ALOT faster. running will not influence your weights but you should do a cardio excersize at the end of each lift. you get demotivated because your scared theyll notice your not as strong as them. it doesnt matter, you lift as much as you can and someday youll be as strong as them.

First, this way too much volume. I understand that it says it is for beginners, but it is not meant for true beginners. It meant for someone who already has experience and wants to start moving towards bodybuilding. If you read a little closer, I remember him mentioning that being able to squat 225 for reps is consider beginner...at least for a male.

Try a program from this site first.

Second, size is not the end all indicator of strength. In fact I think it is pretty poor. Someone with experience has had time developed their neural motor skill meaning they are better at requiting muscle.

Third, what type of results are we talking.
You could expect to lose 1-2lbs a week if everything is in order, but you are not going to turn into the incredible hulk over night.

Fourth, losing fat and gaining muscle are contradictory goals, but as a beginner you might be able to do both at least for a little while.

Five, ("why do I get unmotivated seeing others take larger weights ") You clearly have a self esteem issue that you need work through. No care how much weight you lift, we all started somewhere. If anything, more experienced lifters will respect you more because you have taken the step to become healthier. Don't be that person loads the bar with too much weight and does 1/4 reps. If you do this you are just fooling yourself and the people you are trying to impress will just look down you for being an idiot.

Quoting from newpher1:

first off. you should only lift each muscle once a week because they need rest.

Not true get your fact strait before make a comment like this. It is true that you need rest, but is not true that you are restricted to working a muscle once a week.

start taking creatine monohydrate, it helps.

I will not say that creatine doesn't work, but as a beginner I see absolute no reason to take it.

and thats because hes stronger than you..it takes time to get big and buff. It mihgt take a while depending on your body type.

...

but if you start taking creatine and NOxplode youll see results ALOT faster.

NOxplode is garbage and dangerous stay away from it. Just drink coffee it does the same thing.

running will not influence your weights but you should do a cardio excersize at the end of each lift.

Actually it will affect your weights, but since you are trying to loss weight stick with it.

you get demotivated because your scared theyll notice your not as strong as them. it doesnt matter, you lift as much as you can and someday youll be as strong as them.

I agree with pemdas - start a beginner's routine from this site - click on "exercise program" at the top of the screen.

You don't need supplements at this time - try to eat 5-6 small meals a day - basmati rice, chicken and vegetables are good choices when having indian food. try to avoid heavy cream-based curries - go for tandoori and tikka chicken, fish.

You should feel a difference in a few weeks and definitely see a difference within 5-6 weeks.

Don't compare yourslef to other people in the gym - you can only beat your own personal best. That is what is importnat and motivating.
