Hi, I'm looking for a little help with getting a routine together for at home. I'm 29, 6' about 180lbs. I cant get out to the gym anytime soon since I have a newborn baby to care for. I guess my goals are to gain strength and sculpting. I wouldn't mind putting on some extra mass as well. The only weights I have are a few sets of dumbbells. Any feedback for routine or suggestions for exercises would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
