hi my name is richie im from ireland i used to be big into sports but all that has changed since i went to college.i am currently 224lbs and want to go down to a 182lbs as fast as possible i started doing the program i got from this site today and am currently following the program and going to the gym 5 days a week but when im at home id eat anything thats there.i am just looking for help with a diet plan so i can reach my goal please
