I would like the six pack but right now just interested in flatter stomach.... what can I do????

For the most part, the information given on the site is to keep an eye on your diet. Keep an eye on what you put into your body and it'll help get that flatter stomach. Of course, exercise too!

Motivation and belief is the key Scott, i have been exercising for a while now and i still haven't got the 6 pack but i have gotten the flatter stomach, forget about genetics and other stuff like that, it's all up too you, train hard and eat healthy!!!

Scott,

Getting your six-pack to show is a combination of well formed abs and a low-level of bodyfat. Work your abs hard, just like you would any other muscle group, although you can probably work them twice a week.

Other than that, mind your nutritional intake, keep saturated fats out of your diet, and make sure that you are taking in the proper number of calories for your body weight and activity level.

I would recommend NEOV's hardcore training workout. I hear it is a dandy. I would give you one of my charts, however, they seem to cause confusion.
