Your total cals should be about 25x current body weight to gain muscle.
You want about 1 g of protein per pound of body weight.
25%-30% of your total calories should come from fat, and the rest carbs.
With 25x your current body weight in calories...your sure to gain size..wouldn't swear it would be muscle though.
If your gonna go get groceries, choose ones off the "grocery list for healthy eating" in the speciic diet and nutrition forum. Didn't look up the thread he posted, may be the same.
