new to ft here but hoping someone out there can offer me some input. i have 'fat' everywhere. and the worst of it is my belly and back. it is starting to really embarass me and i'd be so thankful if someone could point me in a direction to target the love handles on my back side. thank you so much.
I have the same back fat,..isnt it so annoying? If you click on Health Resources at the top of this page,then click on Exercise/Fitness resources,you will see a menu that has exercises for every part of the body,including back and lovehandles(obliques)
yogadee to get a signature. on the page you are actually typing in your post in the board. Look for the little box that has "include my signature" and beside it at the bottom of the page.
click on edit signature and type whatever you like.
