I am going to eat some chinese today for lunch. Does anyone have any suggestions to what I could eat that will not be loaded with fat or carbs?:)

See if they have a healthy protion of the menu. There is one near us that has a steamed section - steamed scallops and steamed veggies, sauce and rice on the side.
Or ask them to use less soy sauce and oil in a veggie and chicken stirfry.

Or have a cheat meal and enjoy yourself!

Thanks. I wish I could do a cheat meal but that was the Chicago style pizza I had on Saturday. How about chicken and broc or mongolian chicken? Shrimp in lobster sauce?

You will probably get a lot of sodium either way. Drink extra water and you should be okay with most chicken/veggie dishes. Ask them to use less or no oil, they probably use peanut oil, which is beneficial, but maybe too much of it. Or ask if they have a steamed veggies and chicken dish.
MMM, shrimp!

There is a Bev Francis gold's gym near my house. They went to the chinese resteraunt next door and made a menu. Some of the things on the menu is steamed chicken or flank steak, broccoli, egg whites and or shrimp with brown rice. they use a low fat, low sodium ginger dressing that is to die for.

See if you can have them steam something like that up for you and get some ginger sauce on the side. Hopefully it will be more on the thin side then the thick brown sauce that is no good for you.

Hey atiger, you work in Birmingham. Go to Dreamland and get a rack of ribs. I would!

UMMMMMMMM Dreamland. The best ribs around. I had to skip them today. Too far to drive. As for lunch, I went with mongolian chicken but with an egg roll. It was sooo good. Maybe Dreamland next time.
