i am a bit confused about push-ups
If i want to increase my pex muscles, do i put my arms close to by body of away from my body?

wider arm position targets more pecs...closer arm position targets more triceps....do both....to be good at push ups, both muscles need ot be strong...
do 4 sets of as many as u can, followed by 30-60 seconds between sets
