I am 509, 170 LB, and trying to loose weight and toned
I started using nutrition program analyzer and here is my last week results, any suggestion what supplement should I take to meet the target? I work out 4 times a week and run 3 times a week for 30 minutes

You have no profile so the best I can go on is what you state in your post. 90-95% I would venture to guess of our gains/losses in this arena are from hard exercise and good diet. If you are just starting out especially, don't maximise your 5% first. Where do you have to go? Get the most out of your 95%, up the exercise when needed, tighten the diet. This is where your progression is going to come from, not supplements. They are but that, supplements. And, there are very few that even come close if any to live up to their hype. Maximise your 95% first. Actually supplements benefit the advanced/elite type athelete because they have been training so long and hard, have long since maxed out with training and diet and are looking for a boost to it.
