Hey,
Just wanted to see if anyone could give me some advice. I want to put on some muscle. My main goal is to make my body look good. I am 19, 6'5" and weigh 200 lbs. I work out 4 days a week with one of the programs provided here. I take Mega Whey protein after each workout. Could anyone give me some advice on how to make noticable gains as quick as possible. Thanks !!! Brent

Brent, try the Mass Work out at FT. It will work great for the goal you have.

Welcome to ft, Brent! Glad you've signed up. However, please fill out your profile and tell us more about yourself (goals, current program, stats, diet, etc.).

Just stick with ft's program. They start out with a lot of compound exercises (these will help you bulk). Then, eat and eat some more. Also, get plenty of rest and drink lots of water.
