I really need help trying to get a workout schedule set up around my work schedule. I work for a company that is open 24/7 365 days a year. I work 2 day shifts from 5:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m., then 2 swing shifts from 1:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m., then finally 2 mid shifts from 9:30 p.m. until 5:30 a.m. Once I get off of my second mid I have the rest of that day off plus 3 full days before going back to day shifts. How late is your gym open? I used to have an up and down schedule like that, but I found that working out after work always worked best for me. Even if it was late at night(slept like a rock by the way). I've never liked working out before work because of the physical nature of my jobs. If you don't want to workout on the work days, then split your muscle groups into two or three days for your days off from work.
I signed up with Anytime Fitness. I have a key fob to get into the members entrance anytime of the day. Even 2 a.m. if I wanted to do that. Thanks for the advice.
