It has been a while now since i am hacing this problem
I cant get to reduce my Chest nor my back and stomach, and my arms legs and most of all Face are getting skinnier and skinnier but my stomach doesnt seem to go away any more. SPecially my lwer side back area.
I have like a grease layer that i cant get off.
Does anyone advice me doing something?
Maybe stop traning arms and only do abs and higher reps for my chest and back or any special routine?

HIIT+low rep+ freeweights+ compound movements+for the whole body....
eventually u'll lose more fat from your trouble spots...your body is genetically predispositioned to store and lose the fat from certain places first...cant do anything about that...but just stick with it...and u'll achieve the desires results
I like taking fish oil supplement as well...helps preserve your hard earned muscles when dieting...
what do you think about doing a routine that will mantain my chest and back and focus only on my Arms (SHoulders Bis and tris) or even better make a routine that will make me cut this section????
If so any ideas of how this routine should be organized?
what does it take to mantain a muscle: how many exercisea reps and weight?
