what do i need to do in order to get a nice shape chest..like i dont think i look so fat or anything but dang..i dont like the fat on my chest especially on the outside where my arms comes out..theres like a little bag of fat there on my chest so it makes my chest sag and it makes me look really bAD..im still in high school and i weigh like 155-160 pounds..what am i supposed to do???i go to the gym now a days and i work out upper body a lot so i think there are improvements in my arms and all but chest..im not so shure..please help

Why don't you try a full body workout.
As you know muscle burns fat and the lower body has some large muscles. You have to think of your whole body when you want to burn fat because we can't spot reduce fat.

man why cant we spot reduce we can spot increase! it's just not fair...arghhhhh

needhelp01 i have the same thing i cant get rid of it the people on here just say what the faqs say take it from me if you got it its not going away... if you lose a lot of fat your gonna lose a lot of weight you cant lose fat without loosing muscle with it so if you try and get rid of it you will lose some of your size. i was the same exact size as you when i was in highschool im only a freshman in college and i still got it but i weigh 180 now so it kinda looks good. i got small shoulders too so i just make my chest really really really cut (500 pushups a night)

I think you can lose fat without losing muscle, but it isn't easy and it won't happen overnight.

Dear lord man.. thats what 15-20 min of strait pushups? That seems a little much.. Do you bench press for definition? Or just pushups?

Research gynecomastia. It could be anipose fat tissue that will not come off with diet/exercise and will have to be surgically removed.
