I'm starting a new job next week, and I'm not going to be able to put in as many hours in the gym. I've gained alot of muscle in the last couple of years, and I want to keep it, not lose it. Do you know how much I can cut back without losing what muscle I have? I currently do 4 days (M: Chest/Back, W: Legs, F: Bis/Tris/Shoulders, S: Legs Again). On each day I do about 10 exercises (2-3 sets). I'll be on this limited workout schedule for about 4 months. Any Advice?
