good to hear from you! sorry it took me a while to get back to you, been caught up in work
I?m starting the gain muscle mass training next week Monday the 25th.
always seem to start then stop after a little while, a bit like yourself I guess.
not really sure how we do this as I?m a complete novice to forums and stuff..
if you got any ideas would be great to hear them.
hope you get this and we can team up

hey im 34 havent done any sport for over a year now and moved in with my girlfriend about 6 months ago.
never use to eat between meals and always use to eat healthy but the miss's snaks on crisps and chocolate!! and i have started too(note to self stop eating crap). the end result is that i have become overweight (not good). need a online buddy to give me a kick up the arse when needed and keep me on track and i will do the same if needed.
anybody willing to help welcome

Hey, im also 34. I have been trying to get into a regular excercise program for ages but always seem to lose motivation. If u r interested I'd like to help you and you help me get over the line this time.

hey my name is macey i have 4 kids and some were in there i have just let go of myself and it would be nice to have someone to keep me in line and on track if you are willing to help me or u need some help to get at me

cant wait!! she just texted me to say she felt the baby m,ove for the first time. cant wait to meet the baby.
