Hi!
Does anyone have any suggestions in how to slim down thigh and calf muscles??? I know it sounds like kind of a dumb question , but... I read something about muscle "drying": Does anyone know anything about this technique (how it's done? whether it "works" or not?)? Or any other advice??!!

chang your diet/eat less/ do lots of cardio; its gauranteed to work.

There are no gimic techniques for getting rid of fat in any certain place - anything that claims such is a scam. Women naturally lose fat on their hips and thighs last. Follow an exercise regimen and mop up your diet and you'll get there.

If I'm wanting to build slim muscles, should I concentrate mainly on doing cardio (with no weights?), or should I incorporate weight training into my exercise regime, as well?

Toning is a myth. Women tend to build before stripping out all of their bodyfat, hence you feel like you are bulking up. most women can't build really big muscles - if you can, consider yourself lucky. Stay with lifting - as heavy as you can with good form for 8-12 reps. Everyone stores and loses fat in different ways - keep lifting consistently and do cardio 5xwk (work up to this gradually) clean up your diet and you can't fail to get results
