Trucking and fitness are not usally 2 things that go hand in hand.Gotta do something though.Any advice would be great.I try to eat right on the road but more often tend not to eat at all or eat the wrong stuff.I also just quit smoking a month and a half ago and gained another 20lbs.Looking to lose at least 50 to 60 lbs.I am 5'9" and currently weigh 230lbs!I was around 160 till my mid 20's and it all went to s**t from there.I will be 32 in about 2 months and really want my body back.
