Hey everybody! I just signed up on this sight after another day of my lose weight web searches. I thought this was gonna be another typical web site but when I looked over it after signing up I was so happy! It was everything that I was looking for, a daily schedule week by week, and nutritional help! Although a lot of friends and family don't see me as being over weight I see it everyday in the mirror especially since its my first year in college...you know? The freshman 15, I'm determined this year to make mouths drop, and just turning 19, I wanna present myself as a woman not a little girl anymore. I hope everyone will keep me motivated, thats a huge problem with my programs, but I'm gonna try my hardest to make this work...

yeah, welcome to FT Ricandoll! I totally get where you are coming from and it is great to see a young person taking a step in the right direction, remember though, this isn't jsut for a while it is a life change! once you start, there is no going back. Good luck!

Hi Ricandoll

Welcome to FT your going to love this program I know I do, I have been with it for just about 3 weeks but it does work I have lost 8 lbs already plus a 1 1/2 inch around my waste. The workout become hard only if you mentally let them be hard, and as for a motivator, who better to motivate then GOD, everyday you wake up, should be all the motivation you need to keep trying to live a healthier life, Physically, Mentally, and Spiritually.
