Hey everyone just wanted to reintroduce myself, it feels like it's been forever since I've been on this site. The last 8 months of my life have been crazy, but I'm back in action and plan to keep it that way. So, anyone got some good advice for getting back into lifting?

Right now I'm just trying to get my strength back to were it was and lose the fat I gained when I wasn't working out. I have a good idea of what I want to do, but I'm having a heard time getting back into it again. Just hoping to find some motivation here like I did before.
