New to the site, might as well say I'm new to using weights. I've used them in the past but just gave up, for whatever reason I stopped. I was seeing results and things were going great but like I said I stopped. I think for me I had no direction I was just doing it. I like have a schedule, structure etc... I'm so glad I was lead to this site. I'm pretty sure this is what was missing!!!!
Can't wait to get started!
