I am so excited to see if this works for me. I have only been two days and the excersise is great but the diet is killing me! I am a 19 year old college student and fast food is usually a daily thing. If anyone has any tips on self discipline I would greatly apreciate them!

The thing that drives me hard to hard on track is that fat old looking ugly self that I used to be. I keep a picture of her with me all the time, 1/4 pound cravings seem to dissappear when I look at that picture. Good luck to you and welcome to FT.

Hi and welcome to Ft. Think positive and be positive. Negativity only holds you back.I used to eat a lot of fast food as well, but once you start eating healthy you will feel so much better and have more energy! Also i find if you have a good support group that also helps a lot. This website is a great place for motivation, inspiration, and information! Good luck with your goals!Im sure you will do great.

Hello there and welcome.
Think at your body as a machine who needs optimal nutrition to work well and now junk food as a hinder on the road you need to avoid. If you want results, you need to do what's needed to get there. Good luck!
