Hey everyone I just joined this about two days ago I love it already I am 5'10 and 150-152 lbs. I really want to work on toning and sculpting my body. I mainly want to focus on my abs, arms, and thighs so if anybody has any advice on how to tone these areas please let me know I would greatly appreciate it.....
Welcome to FT! The main key is to keep an eye on your diet... also, sign up for a routine here on FT and include the 12 week ab program.... it works... and it'll bring tears to your eyes...
