hey im new here wats up...I mainly joined cuz im nearing the end of high school and im borderline skinny and would like to be built for college...so basically im focusing on muscle gain, tone, and getting a sweet 6 pack
Welcome to FT! It all starts with gaining weight. You've got to learn to modify your diet...this will be 90% of what you'll need. The other 10% will be training.
