hi im 16 and ive been doing 50 sit ups, 10 crunches going right and 10 going tward left, and doing normal crunches and holding for 5 seconds each for about 2 months now and havnt seen any results except for stronger abs what shuld i do
Doing what you are doing you are getting the results you are supposed to ....work a muscle get it stronger....not leaner. What does your diet look like and do you do any other exercises?
