Hi, I just wanted to introduce myself:). You can all call me kalliegirl, and I just joined up yesterday, so I am very new to all of this:). I am a mother of two wonderful kids, and a wife to a great man:big_smile:. I love to dance and I am really trying to loose 35-40lbs:(. Any pointers on what a good diet should be like? I love food,especially chocolate:love:, I need help:).
Welcome to FT! I would suggest to check out the nutrition forum, there is a ton of very helpful diet info. Start keeping a log of the things you eat. Write down everything. I'm sure it will be eye-opening. This is the best way to figure out your maintenance calories. When you have that # start lowering your calorie intake until you have a weightloss. Do that slowly. I would highly suggest a cardio and weightlifting program to go with that. Check out the exercise programs on this website to get you started. Good Luck!:big_smile:
