Hello FT,

I have been browsing the site for a long time, but I just upgraded to professional.
I have to thank everyone who gave such great advice. I have been working out for consistently for about a year now. Since then I have made some great progress.

Old Squat 100-135lb never did a ME when I started
Current Squat 270lb
Current Goal 300lb

Old Bench 95
Current Bench 220lb
Current Goal 250lb

Old Pull-Ups 2
Current Pull-Ups 15
I gained 10 lb in the process so they got a little harder as I went along.
Current Goal 20

Overhead Press 60 lb
Current OP 120lb
Current Goal 150lb
