Just wanted to say hey. At close to 50 I started working out for the first time in my life 1 1/2 years ago. It is still exciting to watch growth of muscles that I didn't know existed on my body. I built out my own little gym and I workout 5 days a week. I hate going to exercise, but I always feel great once I get started and after a good sweaty workout.
