I'm totally new to this and can't wait to start losing this weight. But I might need some help because I seem to be having a difficult time losing weight on my own. I'm in college and already gained way too much weight. Hopefully this program will help me out :)
I have no idea what I'm doing. All I can say is I print out my work out, take it to the gym. I am starting to see _real_ results in like a month and a half. nothing crazy but it works. Just keep doing what ever the sheet says.
