Hey everyone. I have just recently became a member so i am still a little confused exactly how everything is suppose to work. A little bout me though. I am currently enrolled in college, and played football my first two years. A little question though concerning my nutritional needs. I am suppose to consume 5,250 calories a day. To me, this seems almost impossible. How do I consume that many calories when I have too many things to do. I just don't seem to have the luxuary of eating that often. Any suggestions?
Hello from a fellow newbie. I also noticed that they gave me more then 3500 calories a day and I thought that was outrageous! I thought it was supposed to be more around 1500-2000. So I'm sorry I exactly have an answer but I'm in the same boat :) Good luck and hope you like the site
